Reservation Issues - Ramada or Field
- Athletic fields can be rented by the public and organizations. Additional requirements and fees apply based on a variety of factors.
- Continuous use of facilities (allocation) requires the submission of an Athletic Fields Allocation application to the Parks and Recreation Department at Avondale City Hall. There are additional requirements for approval.
- Athletic fields at Friendship Park and Festival Fields can be rented for tournaments. We offer baseball/softball fields and soccer/flag football fields. Use requires the submission of a Tournament Request application to the Parks and Recreation Department at Avondale City Hall. There are additional requirements for approval.
- Alcohol Permits can be obtained with tournament and Ramada use, which will allow beer and wine only. This can be completed at the Parks and Recreation Department at Avondale City Hall. There are additional requirements for approval.
