See firsthand what being a firefighter is all about. This program is recommended for aspiring firefighters and emergency response personnel. Individuals riding along must be over the age of 18.

Scheduling

• Ride-alongs are typically scheduled between 0800-2000 hours.
• Civilian ride-alongs will be allowed to ride no more than once every six months. An Exception may be made for the following: Students, Explorers/Cadets, chaplains, etc. Normally no more than one ride-along will be allowed in the same fire apparatus at a given time.

What to wear

• Business casual attire
• Boots or athletic shoes. No open toed shoes or flip flops are permitted.

What to bring

• Notepad and pen/pencil
• Sunglasses
• Sunscreen
